In recognition of Quality Week, we hosted a special webinar featuring industry leader Susan Schniepp. She covered the beginnings of the FDA quality metrics initiative, current work in the area of quality culture, and provide some best practices to build quality culture within an organization.

Download a recording of the Nov. 11 webinar, “Past, Present, and Future of Quality Culture.” On the registration form, we asked all who registered to share with us what quality means to them by providing a quote. Since the theme of this year’s Quality Week is sustainability, for every quote we received a tree was planted to support sustainability.
