Close out letter

The FDA may issue a close-out letter after evaluating the corrective actions taken by a firm in response to a Warning Letter. This letter indicates that the FDA has determined the firm has adequately addressed the violations noted in the Warning Letter. This procedure applies to Warning Letters issued on or after September 1, 2009.
