Barbara W. Unger

Quality Expert and Editor-in-Chief of GMP Regulatory Intelligence

Barbara formed Unger Consulting, Inc. in December 2014 to provide GMP Quality consulting services to the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industry. At Amgen, she led the segment of the Corporate GMP Audit group at Amgen focused on API manufacturers, Quality Systems and Computers. She developed, implemented and maintained the GMP Regulatory Intelligence program for 8 years at Amgen Inc. This included surveillance, analysis and communication of GMP related legislation, regulations, guidance and industry compliance enforcement trends.

Jamie Colgin

GCP Product Manager

Jamie, recipient of the prestigious Charles H. Butler Excellence in Teaching Award, focuses on developing Govzilla’s library of GCP regulatory/enforcement data and analytics tools. She is President of Colgin Consulting, Inc. where she helps pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, and contract research organizations assure the integrity of their clinical data through risk assessments, data integrity audits, mock inspections, remediation assistance, and training.

Jane Wastl

Specialist in US and OUS Pharmaceutical Authorities and Regulations

Jane has 27 years of diverse experiences in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing at Eli Lilly including nine years in Quality Control and Assurance. She also has extensive knowledge of FDA, EMA, and WHO good manufacturing requirements. Her technical depth in the pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of current and historical enforcement issues allows her to provide and analyze key challenges facing the industry.

Patty Harvey

Food Product Manager

Patty provides insights into the food industry as well as focuses on developing Govzilla’s library of food regulatory and enforcement data and analytics tools. She was Director of Food Safety and Quality Administration at ConAgra for 35 years and is now a Managing Member of PL Harvey Consulting, LLC where she continues to consult for the world’s top food companies.
